As a commissioned Illinois State Notary and Licensed Real Estate Broker, I am available to travel to a client's home or place of business to notarize signatures at the client's convenience.  I service Champaign, DeWitt, Macon, Moultrie, and Piatt counties and accommodate busy schedules and non standard working hours.

As your reliable Central Illinois Notary, my office is equipped with a high quality dual tray laser printer and email set to handle the necessary large electronic documents.  Furthermore as a professional Notary, I have the technological know how to make it all come together for those important last minute request.

NOTICE:  New clients and those without a history of prompt payment must pay prior to the assignment being accepted.  Paypal is available and any refunds for cancelations will be given within 14 days.

Assignment Details:

 

 I agree to the following terms.

All signings are in blue ink;

All forms and documents must be received 3 hours prior to the scheduled closing time;

Any signing cancelled within 3 hours of the scheduled closing time is to be paid at 1/2 the agreed upon rate of the completed signing;

Any documents that are re-sent or need to be re-printed are an additional $25;

If a client refuses to sign or is not present at the closing - you agree to pay as if the signing was completed successfully;

Full payment is expected within 30 days;

I am not an attorney and do not give legal advice;

I do not offer signing services for purchase closings;

All times should be indicated in CST;

All documents must be sent in standard .PDF format.
