• Village Trustee - Bement. Elected by popular vote in 2001 to a four year term, serving as the co-chair of the police, water and finance committees.
• Illinois Association of REALTOR Licensing & Training Center. Champaign, IL 2003. Successfully completed coursework and exams in the fall of 2003 and was licensed by the Illinois Office of Banks and Real Estate Bureau of Real Estate Professions.
• Graduated with honors from Parkland College earning an Associate in Applied Science in Business Management in January 2004.
• Quality Service Certified. Completed all the requirements to become Quality Service Certified May 12, 2005.
• Elected Lt. Governor for Division 25 of the Illinois Eastern Iowa district of Kiwanis for club year 2007-2008. Represented club members from Danville, Monticello, Champaign & Urbana on the state level.
• Recipient of the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society Award for aggregate gross commission income in excess of $160,000 or 32 units for 2007.
• Elected President of the Monticello Kiwanis Club for the club year 2008-2009.
